Remember you do not need to see the whole staircase to take the first step, and even each step after that. Action steps will add up.

Mindfulness enhances your connection to the habits you’re cultivating. I’ve been taking more intentional time to do breathwork. Just a few minutes is sooooo helpful in relaxing your nervous system.
