I have never been a daring girl, but I have always been brave. I mean there was the time I skydived when I was younger or did one of those bungee jumps in Vegas but looking back I would describe that as young and dumb over daring. LOL!
So what’s the difference?
Daring– Willing to seek out risks, bold and venturesome.
Brave– Having or showing mental or moral strength to face danger, fear or difficulty. Having or showing courage.
So basically……Your girl is not seeking out things like taming a wild tiger, but she will live her life in a way that is as fearless as possible and show resilience in the face of adversity.
Sometimes we are forced to “tame a tiger” in other ways.
We are forced to be brave and courageous and face freaking LIFE.
Even though you may not be in “danger” you feel as though things are unknown, scary and difficult.
These are the moments where the universe is actually giving us our time to shine!
How are you going to show up?
Here are a couple of my tips for working through something that’s feeling extra difficult.
- Ask yourself if what you are scared of is the absolute truth or your perception/anxieties/fears.
Meaning… Sometimes our perception of the challenge is actually way bigger and worse than the challenge itself. By asking yourself “Is this really true?” or “Is that a fact?” You can start off from a place of facts vs fears.
- Live in the moment only, do not get ahead of yourself or even behind yourself..
Getting too far ahead often causes us so much unnecessary anxiety. But on that same note looking back at what happened previously can also cause harm. By staying in the actual moment and telling yourself to just deal with what is happening right now you will be able to feel less overwhelmed.
- Picture the best possible outcome. And If you are unsure of it pray for “the best possible outcome for everyone’s highest good.
When we know we are being divinely guided and nothing is happening by mistake it becomes easier to trust that we will be taken care of and have faith.
